NAPOLEON PERDIS

Whaddup beauties!
For my formal, last November, I had my makeup professionally done at Napoleon Perdis and along with my amazing makeup I got to get two products too! 
Spray foundation in Look 2 as well as a Devine Goddess lipstick in Demeter.
If the day couldn't get any better, Napoleon Perdis himself came into the store! In actual shock I couldn't move (I get extremely start struck!) and my makeup artist took a photo of me with Napoleon! 
It was awesome meeting him and he is the nicest man! Okay, onto the reviews. 
The foundation is beautiful, leaving a true to its promise, an airbrushed finish and its dewy as well. It doesn't make me break out, it isn't oily, it doesn't slip around on my face and it's incredible lasting power is superb! I will give it a 9.5/10.
The lipstick is a perfect true nude colour with a matte finish. It's smooth on the lips and has a strong lasting power. I will give it an 8/10.

Review: B&BW Hand Sanitisers

Whaddup beauties!

So I was using one of my hand sanitisers the other day and thought that I should maybe make a review for all of you! I visited Hawaii in November of last year and as all of you know, in Australia we do not have a B&BW :( (extreme sadness). 

The refreshing scent of each flavour smells so yummy and obviously does the job in cleaning my hands! My personal favourite is the 'Paris Amour' flavour because 1. it's pink and 2. it has SPARKLES in it! (Shown in pictures of hand). I tried to get the glitter to shine in the pictures but I may have possibly failed at that one ha ha! 

I strongly recommend these cute little hand sanitisers compared to the Dettol ones (you know, the really unattractive ones?).

I rate these beauties 10/10!

Happy Valentine's Day! ♡♡♡

Whether you are spending your day/night with a girlfriend/boyfriend, fiancé/husband/wife, your cat/dog, parents, best friend or just yourself with a box of chocolates you bought yourself on clearance in the supermarket... HAVE A LOVED FILLED VALENTINE'S DAY!
A day I personally choose, as a single gal, to reflect on the choices I have made relationship-wise since I began dating as well as have a think about the people I love most and care about. Valentine's Day is about LOVE - love has many sub-topics underneath it so don't be fooled single friends! - it's okay to spend the day with an intimate object, your animals or even just yourself because these are things you LOVE! Love doesn't mean just couples or married individuals, it means anything you want it to!

All in all, do not be ashamed or saddened by being alone or plain single on Valentine's Day! Celebrate your freedom to choose what you want in this world, celebrate your loving partner, celebrate your best friend and the love you have for him/her. Remember everyone, love is EQUAL!

P.S To have a fun time and remind myself I am happy to be single, I am blasting "we are never ever getting back together" by Taylor Swift - my no.1 gal! I am single because I escaped a painful and verbally abusive relationship and I am in a better place now than I was then! :)

COLOR RUN 2013 - SYDNEY

Yesterday I experienced the first Sydney Color Run and I will tell you one thing, IT WAS AMAZING! Guys seriously if you're thinking about putting yourself in for the next Color Run, do it. It was a ball of fun for both runners and walkers. Music was surrounding us, the sun was shining and colour was attacking us. It was a chance for us "big kids" to let loose and become little kids again :) 
The festival at the end with the DJ was awesome, the feeling of freedom was achieved with the colour surrounding us so much that we couldn't even see the sky and just dancing our hearts out. It has left me with a huge smile on my face and I can tell you I am doing it next year for sure!

HEALTH: JUICING 101

SO! Interested in detoxing your insides, cleaning out the system and becoming a cleaner/healthier gal/guy? LISTEN UP!
Juicing not only holds benefits for your insides but it has benefits for the outsides. Once you begin juicing you will be cleaning out your system with good old liquid gold (or otherwise known as really healthy veggies and fruits). 
Now, I haven't been juicing for super long but I have already begun to see the AH-mazing benefits! My number one reason for loving the juices I make is that I know what is in it and also that when I drink it, I can feel it trickling down into me and I feel good knowing that it isn't soft drink or alcohol. 
There's really nothing to it guys. All you realllllly need is your fav fruits and veggies and most importantly, a juicer. You don't need a fancy schmancy $400 juicer, any kind will do the job! DO NOT let the colour or smell turn you away, don't be scared off, it's amazing let me tell you. Even if it doesn't taste nice at first, remember, it's a new thing you're trying and your insides will LOVE you and then show it by rewarding you with a calm mood, healthier system and glowing skin. 

So all in all, grab some fruits and veggies and chug down on a homemade juice instead of soft drinks, energy drinks or alcohol. You WILL be rewarded :)
(My juice contains: mandarin, carrots, spinach, apple, blueberries and peach!
ALSO is a bonus picture on my body progress - I am not aiming to lose weight but tone up)

WEEKLY REVIEW: Swisspers Spa - Facial Cleansing Wipes

Wah! Yes, I have been a little bit absent and I am so very sorry :( 
There is no suitable excuse and therefor I am telling you I was literally just a bit of a lazy human the past week and a bit or maybe even more!
Now that I've gotten that out of the way, let's hop to it!
I was in desperate need for new facial wipes as I have grown to love the convenience of them (please note I use other products along with face-wipes) and for just $2.99 on offer at my local supermarket ... who could resist such offer! Down from $5! 
Now what attracted me to these facial wipes is first of all, please, it's hot pink and purple - super cute! When I picked it up, I noticed that POMEGRANATE extract was used in the wipes and personally I am a huge, HUGE fan of any skincare products that smell like, taste like or anything to do with pomegranate - don't ask I just have a love affair with it!
These facial wipes also promise that they cleanse, tone and moisturise without drying the skin. 

Get this my pretties, the actual wipes themselves - ARE PINK! Now if that isn't spectacular then I don't know what is! 
Now onto the actual review! I am impressed with the removal of actual face make-up however, I quote:
 "Thoroughly removes all traces of make-up and impurities from the face, neck and eyes, even most waterproof mascaras" 
HOWEVER - my mascara is not waterproof and I have a little bit of trouble totally removing it from my lashes - although, I will cut it some cake and say that yes, it does do a good job, just not as efficient as it promises!

Over all I will give the Swisspers Spa Facial Cleansing Wipes an 8.5/10!
